Our Commitment to Our Customers

OxiMedical Respiratory understands there are times when products ordered just don’t adequately meet your needs. That is why we are committed to working with our customers to ensure products with warranties perform according to the manufacturer’s specifications. Warranty information, where applicable, can be found enclosed within the product packaging.

In addition, we offer our own 14-day money back guarantee on most products we sell. So you can shop with confidence knowing if your purchase is not appropriate, you can return your item for a refund within 14 days.

Returns

No Smoking Policy

For all returns, equipment may be used only in a SMOKE-FREE environment. Violators of the no-smoking policy will forfeit their trial period and will not receive a refund for returned equipment. We will not accept the return of, nor provide a refund, for any equipment that smells of smoke.

Return Information

If you have received an item from OxiMedical Respiratory that you are dissatisfied with, please contact Customer Service at (866) 696-9558, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm PST to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number.

Exchange/Return Policy for Portable Oxygen Concentrators Orders

Once an order has shipped, there will be a $100 restocking fee for orders canceled after they have shipped, including deliveries that are intercepted, refused, or unopened boxes that are returned after delivery plus the cost of air shipments.

We know it’s sometimes difficult to choose the best portable concentrator, even after careful consideration. That’s why at OxiMedical, sales of Portable Oxygen Concentrators include a 7-day trial period from the date the unit is received. Exchanges and returns are limited to 12 hours of use during the trial period.

We encourage you to use your concentrator to determine if the unit will meet your oxygen and mobility needs. If you find that your concentrator does not meet your needs, you may exchange it for another model with no penalties within the first 30 days. Limit one exchange plus applicable shipping charges. 

If you decide to return your portable concentrator, a request for a Return Authorization must be made within 14 days of receipt of the order. Only returns with an authorized RA number and pre-paid shipping label will be accepted. All returns must be shipped within 3 days from receiving your RA notification. All returns must include all original packaging and items in the return must be in new condition without defects including scratches.

Return requests made during the 7-day trial period will receive a full refund less a $99 shipping and handling fee and $100 restocking fee. Returns made between 8 and 14 days will receive a full refund of purchase price less a 25% restocking fee.

Exchange/Return Policy for Home Concentrators Orders

Once an order has shipped, there will be a $100 restocking fee for orders canceled after they have shipped, including deliveries that are intercepted, refused, or unopened boxes that are returned after delivery plus the cost of air shipments.

Sales of Home Oxygen Concentrators include a 3-day exchange/return period from the date the unit is received. We encourage you to use your concentrator to determine if the unit will meet your oxygen needs.

If you decide to return your home concentrator, a request for a Return Authorization must be made within 3 days of receipt of the order. Only returns with an authorized RA number and pre-paid shipping label will be accepted. All returns must be shipped within 3 days from receiving your RA notification. All returns must include all original packaging and items in the return must be in new condition without defects including scratches.

Returns meeting these criteria will receive a full refund of purchase price less a 50% restocking fee.

Return Policy for All Other Items

The following items CANNOT be returned: Portable Oxygen Concentrator Accessories, Soft Goods including cannulas, tubing, filters and humidifier bottles.

Cancellations

If you cancel your order after it has already shipped we consider it a return and the above policies apply.

Damaged Items

Once your package arrives please ensure it is not damaged or defective in any way. Notification of returns for damaged products must be made within 24 hours of receiving your items. In this case, a full credit will be issued for both the purchase and shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds are credited once your item reaches our warehouse and we confirm contents and all original packaging materials. Refunds will be issued within one week. Refunds by credit card will be issued to the same card and checks or money orders will be issued in one week.
