After several days of using it I found that it just would not keep up with my needs when walking hard, I called and they arranged to send out a different unit even before I sent the old unit back. Sure there was a restocking fee but they made the trade so simple and easy. These people treat their customers the way they should. I will certainly keep doing business with them. "I just wanted you to know that the EverGo portable oxygen concentrator bundle we ordered on Friday, November 19, was received late Tuesday, November 23. It wasn’t until today that we were able to actually sit down and look through the various boxes. Every item was packaged extremely well and carefully. The main box arrived in pristine condition.

I charged up two of the batteries, and then my husband gave the concentrator a quick test.  The instructions provided were simple and easy to understand—even for me.  This machine truly is as simple to operate as advertised, and we hope it will make family visits and doctor’s appointments more pleasant since we won’t be lugging around oxygen tanks and worrying that the oxygen will run out.

I want you to know that I did indeed verify your company’s BBB status before ordering such an expensive item, and you certainly live up to your A standing.  I called just before the end of the work day on a Friday, and you had it at our home four days later (of course, two of those days were non-working days).  So, thank you for living up to your reputation and giving this purchase a very happy ending."
