WHAT IS THE LOANER PROGRAM?

While your portable oxygen concentrator is under manufacturer's warranty, we'll provide you with a loaner concentrator in the event that your machine needs to be sent to the manufacturer for repair.*

That means that you won't have to cancel a trip, or have your daily life interrupted, when your unit needs to be serviced. And we think that's important because once you've been spoiled by a portable concentrator, you won't want to have to go without it!

Better still, we provide the use of the loaner unit at no cost to you. Based on our rental fees, that's a value of up to $600. All you pay is the shipping charges.

We at OxiMedical Respiratory believe that it is our obligation as a health care product provider to provide products (and long-term service!) that will enhance your lifestyle without jeopardizing your health.

That is why we go above and beyond with our Loaner Program.

*Our Loaner Program is only available for our customers who are in the United States while requiring a loaner unit.
