 When you make a purchase, you're buying more than a product . . . You're getting the company, too. Why? Because for most respiratory products, the warranty is assigned to the dealer. So any service issues must go through that dealer. So be careful of not only what product you purchase, but know the company you buy it from.
That is why we are proud to belong to the Better Business Bureau and we are an Authorized Dealer for SeQual.
As an authorized dealer for SeQual, we have agreed to the requirements set forth by SeQual:
"To become an Authorized Dealer you must comply with the following:
- The advertised prices for SeQual Technologies Inc. products are listed on an attached addendum...and there will be no deviations from this number. Prices may change and a written notice will be provided to the customer in order to change or modify the suggested advertised price.
- Your company must track and report all serialized products sold or rented to patients to SeQual Technologies Inc. on a quarterly basis. This will keep all parties in compliance with FDA and ISO regulations.
- In the case of a software upgrade or product enhancement, you will be responsible to contact the patient or end user and inform them of these important announcements.
- You will offer service of the product with any and all associated sale or rental of the products. If you choose to not offer this service, you or your patient must purchase a service package from SeQual Technologies Inc....
As an authorized dealer, you will be permitted to display the "SeQual Technologies
Inc. Authorized Dealer" icon on your web site or place of business. Compliance to the above regulations will be monitored, and any deviation will be handled swiftly and in writing to confirm the violations and recommended corrective actions. Continued non-compliance will result in you're no longer having access to SeQual Technologies Inc. products. We strongly encourage our dealers to become a member of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to ensure our patients are using a trustworthy and reliable company....

For item #4 above, we have elected to provide service for SeQual products. The Service Support Policy is as follows:
Provide to the end user all service and maintenance of the SeQual product as set forth in the product's owner's manual. If you elect to provide service and maintenance, and the end user cannot be present while the product is being service or maintained, you must also provide the end user with a replacement SeQual product during the time the end user's SeQual product is being serviced or maintained. |
