What are the steps in the rental process?

Call us at 866-696-9558 or complete the rental form below to     begin a rental. We will complete a rental agreement and email it to you. If necessary, we can also fax or mail the rental agreement. You review and complete the rental agreement, sign it, and return it to us, preferably via fax. You must call to confirm that your rental agreement was received by us! Several days before your rental start date, we will process the rental charges and ship your rental. You will receive an email confirmation of the rental order from us, as well as a UPS shipping confirmation. Enjoy your trip! At the end of your rental, call us to let us know whether or not you would like to purchase your rental equipment. If so, we will complete the purchase and credit the full rental charges toward the purchase price. If not, we will send an electronic UPS label or arrange for a UPS pick-up.
